Watch out Las Vegas, your about to get BEAT DOWN

Well, it is 2012

Friday the 13th at that!

NAFOM and the crew from Beat Down Boogie are finishing up their packing.

We are headed out  to do some early recon before SHOT Show starts.

Snake and Ghost from MWGS, Dash and Percy from Myth Hunters, Matt and Micha and Brian and myself will be winging our way across the country this evening.

( if we all make it though security that is)

Watch here and here for some great pic's and videos as we tour first the Army Navy Military Expo,
and then the ginormous industry only SHOT Show
A lot of media will be at SHOT, and you will have a lot of choices as to what to look at, hopefully, due to the BDB crew we will be one of them.

If your lucky enough (or cursed, depends on how you look at it) to be in Las Vegas this weekend or coming week, look me up. Write a comment or come by booth 26206 (FoxFury lighting)
I promise not to chase you off my lawn with a M1 Grand.

You should be able to find me, few people at shot dress like this

Now you see why I am fretting security

You can find many types of guns at SHOT, I hope to find a BULL PUNCHER

Friday the 13th, Great day to fly!

All of us, on this plane? Boy, the airlines are really cutting back!

See you tomorrow

And remember

Stay Thirsty My Friends.

SHOT Show is coming soon, this year will be BIG

For those of you who don't know what SHOT show is

I have to ask, do you live under a rock?

It's only the hugest, more big than BIG,

collection of guns and tactical crap under one roof than you can ever imagine.

(with some hunting stuff thrown in)

Again this year, the great people at FoxFury Lighting Solutions

have caved in and will allow me to work in the booth.

( I am the LE/Mil Sales manager for FoxFury)

This will be my 26th SHOT Show and it means a trip back to Las Vegas for a third year in a row.

I know it is a hardship, you see what I have to go through just to get copy for this blog!

My interview from last year, done by the great Thumpy

(Deleted from youtube)

Now, this is not the big news, the big news is that due to the largesse of FoxFury,

The actors and crew from Beat Down Boogie will be accompanying me to the show!

Now I am sure most of you know who I am talking about,

but if your that guy I mentioned before that lives under a rock, here's some of their work

(deleted from youtube)

I will be using the guys as my production crew for media day,

that is the day before SHOT where media people get to go out to the range and shoot all the new guns,

so I guess you can expect some videos of some cool stuff

Expect some incredible videos to come from our days in the LV sun,

it's also Ghosts and Snakes 1st ever trip to Vegas, so LV needs to watch out too.

A huge thanks goes out to FoxFury lighting for sponsoring the BDB journey.

The guys will be in and out of the booth on Tuesday and Wednesday so stop in and meet them.

We have a few other Big things planned for SHOT,

so stay tuned to this blog and my company blog at

foxfury

and follow us on that facebook thing

Shot show runs from January 16th thru the 20th 2012 in Las Vegas Nevada.
It is a industry only show with over 50,000 attendees from all over the world and over 1600 vendors.

Happy New Year Y'all

With the new year rapidly approaching my lair deep in the heart of North Carolina,

I want to share with you some of the things the new year will bring at NAFOM

I have been amassing some guns to review, as anyone who has read this blog before knows, I like strange stuff.

My newest acquisition has been a Tanaka Colt Combat Python, 3" in Midnight gold.

Was shooting for a modern PI style with this pic, Kind of a updated "Last Boy Scout" look

I also have a dozen or so revolvers to add to the review mix, in addition to a Digicon straight, a Calico 1000, AGM Sten and some other oddities I have picked up here and there.

SHOT show is coming fast, 16 days and counting until the trek to Las Vegas begins again.

I will try and update you from the show, so keep a close eye on this site on January 18th thru the 23ed.

My goal this year is to do one review every two weeks,

I never make my goals but some doctor somewhere

( court appointed, more than likely)

told me it was good to have goals.

Here are a few guns I will not be reviewing

This is the new desert eagle in 50 cal BMG, grip is a little slim for my taste.

A Practical AK, but I am not a big AK fan

Please join me in the new year, and tell all your friends to come on by,

we should have a laugh or two and maybe you will pick up some info you didn't know about.

And remember, always have a backup plan,

I hope the new year is the best one so far for you, may you never run out of battery power in a skirmish,

may your GBB's always stay lubed

and may all your bb's fly true.

As I just turned another year older, this is what I have to look forward to this year

I have to add a addendum to this post.
After reading a lot of the blogs I follow tonight, I have found that most of them have HUGE plans for 2011.
Writing books, opening stores, having movies made about their blog ,
everyone has better goals than I set for myself.
So here are my new goals.
I have been talking with my dog Chance ( Dollie, the female puppy wants nothing to do with this) and we are going to
TAKE OVER THE WORLD.
I got the idea when Geoff, the metal mohawk haired robot on the Craig Ferguson show, started sending me coded signals thru my new HD TV.

I will release more info on the plan later, as I will need more henchmen for my plans of
WORLD DOMINATION.
(That's better than any old movie, book or store any day)

Till tomorrow,

Stay Thirsty My Friends.
